After two busy elections, we finally have our 2020-2021 Computer Science Society board:

The second round of nominations for the Computer Science Society 2020-2021 board is now open to all students. This round includes our regular (non-executive) positions.
The deadline for nomination ends on Wednesday, March 18th at 11:59pm. A campaigning period will start after, followed by the election on March 26th. To run for a position you must fill out the Nomination Form. See more about our society and elections on the About page.
The Developer position is not elected. You must submit the form and the current executives will judge (and possibly interview) from there. The position is hand-picked. Experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails is preferred.

The results are in! We had our highest voter turnout yet with around 25% of all CS students voting.

Mare Nostrum hosted our first event of the year - games night! Over 50 students came out and had a great time playing board games, Smash, enjoying the free food and drinks!

Yesterday we teamed up with Science Society to bring you guys a Trivia Night! We had over 60 students come out to compete.
Not only did we have more Computer Science students in attendance than all other Science majors combined, but all of the top three winning teams were from Computer Science! Great job everyone and congrats to Kobti Prism for taking the win! 🎉
November 25th, 2019
Last week we had our November event at Sky Zone Trampoline Park, where a whopping 40 students came out to play dodgeball, do obstacle courses, and a lot more fun activities. Thank you all for coming!

This Halloween we hosted our annual costume contest, judged by three of our fantastic CS professors. The top three winners went home with Amazon gift cards. Thank you to everyone that participated!
